Online Shopping and confirmation
Since we are mainly an online store, we do not provide a physical retail store for the clients to view the items. We do not meet-up for the products offered on our online store and we do adopt a practice of pay before shipping policy.
All orders are subject to confirmation from our customer service personnel before you commit a payment, as our stock movement are dynamic on a day-to-day basis. Most of the items published on our website should be able to deliver to your doorstep around 7-10 days after your payment has been received.
Confirmation of Postage charge
Our major customers are from abroad. Over the years we have been shipping orders to oversea end users in Australia, UK, France, Mexico, Turkey, and a handful of european countries.
So for overseas buyers, we are glad to inform that our shipping charges is much lower than standard shipping charges. We ships all orders, at its discretion, either via EMS, DHL or an international special courier agent to ensure trackability of your order, unless otherwise stated..
